We at Active Care Chiropractic have been trying to navigate through this unprecedented time. We have slowly opened up our practice with the health and safety of our patients and staff in mind. We will continue to utilize procedures that were set in place during the shut down and are recommending everyone entering our office to wear a mask or face covering. We also ask patients to reschedule their appointment if feeling ill or if experiencing the following symptoms:
- persistent dry cough
- shortness of breath
We encourage those that have traveled outside the United States or New York State to abide by the NYS travel advisory. Please see the Travel Advisory Link for up-to-date information.
Please contact our office at (585) 598-3458 if you need to reschedule or make an appointment.
We appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
Our mission is to serve the community by giving the care, knowledge, and strategies within our scope of practice to ensure patient success. Whether you are recovering from an injury, trying to improve your athletic performance, or striving to maintain an active lifestyle, we will utilize cutting edge equipment and innovative approaches to assess your needs, measure your progress, and aid you in the goal of achieving lifelong wellness.
Active Care Chiropractic opened in April of 2012 to provide quality health care to the Fairport/Perinton and surrounding communitites. We offer a wide variety of treatment options for every patient. We do not believe in pre-packaged care plans rather, develop custom and flexible treatment plans based on the patients' presenting condition and overall health and wellness goals. Should you have any further questions please feel free to contact us!
With the concern over the potential threat of COVID-19, we would like to assure you that we have implemented several precautions to protect you, our patients, and our staff. We are following the CDC's recommendations as a healthcare provider and employer.
We ask that you please cancel your appointment if you have:
- a fever
- a cough
- shortness of breath
- traveled to areas of concern, or have been in contact with somebody who has traveled to these areas, should call ahead to their health care provider before seeking treatment in person
Please call your primary care doctor if you think that you may have been exposed to COVID-19 and you develop the aforementioned symptoms.
We will waive the cancellation fee if you call less than 24 hours before your appointment. Call 585-598-3458
